You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you the total price of the product or products, excluding the costs paid for the return, within 20 days from the day the package reaches us. For reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you beforehand.

If you wish to exchange the item, please contact us immediately and we will issue you with a return slip.

Exchanges within the same price range, size or color are straightforward and hassle-free.

Differences will be refunded as a voucher.

We will not reimburse you for outbound/return shipments.
