Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the total purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding return shipping costs, within 20 days of receiving the returned parcel. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you in advance.

Defective Products

If you discover a defect in any product delivered to you, please contact us immediately by email at info@kleidermafia.com. Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photographs showing the defect.

Requesting a Return

Once you have received your return label, please ensure that the parcel is handed over to the carrier within 14 days of the date on which your order was delivered.

Please note that the validity period displayed on the return label does not change or extend our 14-day return period.

Returns received after this period may unfortunately not be accepted and will be handled in accordance with our applicable return policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Exchanges for another size or colour within the same price range are straightforward and hassle-free.

If there is a price difference, the difference will be refunded to you in the form of a voucher.

Shipping Costs

Outbound shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

UK Orders – Return Procedure

Please note that orders delivered to the United Kingdom are currently not eligible for our online return portal or a prepaid return label.

If you wish to return an order from the United Kingdom, please contact us first by email at info@kleidermafia.com so that we can provide you with the applicable return instructions.

UK customers must arrange and pay for the return shipment themselves. Please send the parcel to:

Once we have received and processed your return, any applicable refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
