Right of withdrawal
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the consumer must inform us of their decision by a clear statement, e.g. by email:
2. Return of Goods
After notifying us of their withdrawal, the consumer must dispatch the return parcel without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification.
The return parcel must be handed over to the carrier within this fourteen (14)-day period.
The deadline is met if the parcel is dispatched before the period expires. Delivery to our warehouse may take place after this deadline.
Consumers are advised to use tracked shipping and retain proof of dispatch.
3. Return Shipping Costs – EU and Other Countries
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, the return conditions stated in our Return and Exchange Policy apply.
Where applicable, a €6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, provided the consumer was informed of this cost before purchase and subject to applicable law.
Original standard shipping costs will be reimbursed where required by law.
4. Returns from the United Kingdom
We do not provide prepaid return labels for UK orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees, to the extent permitted by law.
We recommend tracked UPS or FedEx DDP shipping.
The parcel must be marked “RETURN PARCEL / RETURNED GOODS” and delivered without additional charges to:

5. Refunds
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Valid refunds include standard outbound delivery costs where required by law and will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No refund fees will be charged.
6. Condition of Returned Goods
Consumers are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7. Return Without an Express Withdrawal Declaration
A return may be treated as a withdrawal if the consumer's intention is clearly identifiable.
