§ 10 Right of withdrawal and withdrawal policy

Statutory right of withdrawal and instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e-mail: info@kleidermafia.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
Once withdrawal has been declared, the package must be returned immediately, and in any case within the remaining days of the original fourteen-day period from the day we received your withdrawal notification. No new fourteen-day period starts after the withdrawal notification.
The refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you incur any fees for this refund. You only bear any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If you return the delivered goods to us within the withdrawal period without expressly declaring withdrawal, we will treat this as a withdrawal, and the consequences described above will apply (if a fully completed withdrawal form is included in the package and sender information with the order number and date is visible on the outside).
