1. Approval & Account Creation

All customers require official approval to gain B2B access and place wholesale orders. Self-registration is not required at this stage.

2. Ordering & Business Rules

Rule Details
Minimum Order (MOQ) 50 items total, with a minimum of 5 pieces per model.
First Purchase / Sample The first order is treated as a regular retail sale.
Price Adjustment Prices will be retroactively adjusted to the wholesale rate once the MOQ is reached (credit note for the difference).
Custom Production For non-stock quantities, we manufacture based on your order. Lead time: 3 to 5 weeks after sample approval.
Prepayment (Non-Stock) Non-stock orders require our approval and a 40% prepayment. Delivery follows full payment.
Payment Methods Bank Transfer or Cash.
Shipping Costs All shipping costs (both ways) are borne by the customer.
Returns Returns are accepted strictly within one (1) week after delivery.
